Surf City needs very little explanation. Surf City is in close proximity to all of the recreational features of LBI; The Surf City Yacht Club which offers sailing, boating of all types, and the Surf City Beach Patrol are two notable features of the community that draw many people to the waters. Ship Bottom is known as the “Gateway to Long Beach Island”, because of the road that links LBI to the mainland. Loveladies is a residential haven in LBI with beautiful beaches, located between Harvey Cedars and Barnegat Light featuring expansive bay front and oceanfront homes on generously sized lots.
